These conditions apply between Korshamn - Ekenäs and the person who himself / through another person books / pays the port fee. customer / payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is stated as "Korshamn Ekenäs", "we" or "Korshamns Fiskhamnsförening Upa". The booking / payment applies to the rental of a mooring in Ekenäs guest harbor, Sydkoster.

Booking and payment for private person

To book / pay the port fee on the website korshamn.kosterhamn.se, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to make the payment of the port fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or Swish is required.

Booking of berth

The price includes rental of a berth, the booking fee and any (additional service) connection (incl. consumption) of electricity (6-16 amps).
Please note that all bookable berths are reserved 24 hours a day from 11:00 to 11:00, please respect the times.
Always state the actual size of your boat!If you block a berth other than the one you booked, you will also be liable for the blocked berth.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your place up to 48 hours before the booking starts and get your money back (excl. the booking fee). Follow the instructions in the confirmation email.

Booking and payment confirmation

Upon receipt of the confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the customer / customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). Right of withdrawal and Right of return

If the customer has paid the port fee and then regrets, the customer must immediately contact the port office for a refund of the paid port fee. If the port office is closed, the customer must contact the port as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. right of return and the right of withdrawal do not include already used port or electricity. Complaints, errors and complaints of purchase must be presented to the port's staff as soon as possible.

Liability for property / damage

We are not responsible for forgotten items or damage caused by outsiders.

Other obligations and rules of procedure

• The customer / guests must take good care of the mooring, the port's facility and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply.
• Between 23:00 and 06:00, the customer / guests must observe the utmost consideration and silence towards other guests.
• Think about the risk of fire, review your firefighting equipment.
• It is forbidden to grill or otherwise set fire to the port area. Grilling takes place in the designated place.
• Electricity is included subject to availability
• The electricity is only for charging. Overdrafts risk knocking out all or parts of the port's electricity network, in the event of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash and rested outside the port area.
• Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Garbage must be placed in designated rubbish bins.
• Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the port area.
• Payment of the port fee must be made to designated port staff or at korshamn.kosterhamn.se, this also applies to those who are only to stay during the day.

We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by outsiders.

Breach of contract

This is an agreement drawn up between the customer and Korshamn's fishing port association Upa. If a breach of contract occurs, the customer / guests in the company must immediately move from the port area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behavior, damages may be claimed by the customer.

Force majeure

case of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that are considered to be force majeure, we can cancel the contract, the customer with the guests promptly be informed. In such cases, we are obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been deducted from the service / stay.

FIRE AND BOAT SAFETY IN THE PORT

For your safety and the safety of others, we ask you to follow Korshamn guest harbors fire regulations. Port values have the right to evict the boat guest if the following regulations are not complied with:

• Check the fire safety of your boat daily.
• Always check gas stoves or other flammable equipment and exercise great care using them when staying within the port area. When replacing LPG bottles check the couplings.

• It is totally forbidden to grill on the boat, piers and in the area around these. Grilling is only allowed on the designated barbecue area.
• In case of emergency such as a storm, we ask you to pay extra attention to the fire as there may be congestion in the port.
• Study the area maps that are set up in several places in the harbor, where there are extinguishers, life-saving equipment and much more excellent, so that you can quickly find in case of fire, accident etc.!

The harbor hosts go on a daily fire patrol to ensure safety in the Guest Harbor.

Extinguishing equipment is available on all piers and at the port office.
