The purchaser/payer is referred to as the "Customer" in these terms and conditions. The provider is referred to as "Korshamn Ekenäs", "we", or "Korshamns Fiskhamnsförening Upa". Payment applies to the rental of a berth at Ekenäs Guest Harbour, Sydkoster.

Payment for Private Individuals

To pay the harbour fee on the website korshamn.kosterhamn.se, the customer must be at least 18 years of age. Payment can be made using a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or Swish.

Berth Rental

The harbour fee includes the rental of a berth and, subject to availability, access to electricity (6 amps). Electricity consumption is included. We recommend bringing a power splitter to increase the possibility of connecting multiple devices. A limited number of power outlets are available.
Please note that the harbour fee is charged per 24-hour period, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. Please respect these times.
Please always state the actual size of your boat. If your boat occupies a berth other than the one paid for, you may be held liable for the blocked berth.

Payment Confirmation

Upon receiving the payment confirmation, the customer is responsible for checking that all information is correct. The payment confirmation is sent by email and SMS. If any information is incorrect, the harbour staff must be contacted as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Cancellation policy: Paid harbour fees are non-refundable. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the rental of a berth in the guest harbour. Complaints, errors or claims regarding the purchase must be reported to the harbour staff as soon as possible.

Liability for Property / Damage

We are not responsible for forgotten belongings or damage caused by third parties.

General Responsibilities and Harbour Rules

• The customer and guests must take good care of the berth and harbour facilities and comply with all applicable rules, instructions and regulations.
• Customers and guests must show consideration for other visitors and keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Please be aware of the fire risk and ensure that you have suitable fire extinguishing equipment on board.
• Open fires and barbecues are prohibited within the harbour area. Barbecuing is only permitted in designated areas.
• Electricity is available subject to capacity. We recommend bringing a power splitter to improve your chances of connecting to the electrical supply.
• Electricity may only be used for charging. Excessive use may overload the harbour's electrical system. In cases of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for repair costs.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash and exercised outside the harbour area.
• Hazardous waste must be disposed of at the ICA store. Household waste must be placed in the designated waste bins.
• No other waste may be discharged or disposed of within the harbour area.
• The harbour fee must be paid to authorised harbour staff or via korshamn.kosterhamn.se. This also applies to guests staying only during the day.

We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by outsiders.

Breach of contract

This is an agreement drawn up between the customer and Korshamn's fishing port association Upa. The agreement expires with immediate effect if: • The conditions in this document are not met. • The customer / guests in the company behave disruptively in the port area. • The customer / guests in the company commit vandalism in the port area. If a breach of contract occurs, the customer / guests in the company must immediately move from the port area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behavior, damages may be claimed by the customer.

Force majeure

case of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that are considered to be force majeure, we can cancel the contract, the customer with the guests promptly be informed. In such cases, we are obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been deducted from the service / stay.

FIRE AND BOAT SAFETY IN THE PORT

For your safety and the safety of others, we ask you to follow Korshamn guest harbors fire regulations. Port values have the right to evict the boat guest if the following regulations are not complied with:

• Check the fire safety of your boat daily.
• Always check gas stoves or other flammable equipment and exercise great care using them when staying within the port area. When replacing LPG bottles check the couplings.
• Be sure to turn off lights, candles, etc. when leaving the boat.
• It is totally forbidden to grill on the boat, piers and in the area around these. Grilling is only allowed on the designated barbecue area.
• In case of emergency such as a storm, we ask you to pay extra attention to the fire as there may be congestion in the port.
• Study the area maps that are set up in several places in the harbor, where there are extinguishers, life-saving equipment and much more excellent, so that you can quickly find in case of fire, accident etc.!

The harbor hosts go on a daily fire patrol to ensure safety in the Guest Harbor.

Extinguishing equipment is available on all piers and at the port office.
